Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment in one of our courses. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness.

Refunds

• 75% refund will be issued for cancellations made 15 days or more before the course start date.
• 50% Partial refunds will be available for cancellations made before 7 days of the course start date.
• No refunds will be issued once the course has started.

Cancellation by Proleed Academy

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued.
• We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur as a result of the cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at training@proleed.academy with your enrollment details. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving your request.
